HEALTH
Professor Jay Foundation is very concerned and focused with the health sector, understanding the importance of health to the nation and its people, understanding the wideness of this sector, its crucial role to every human being, we intend to take part in making this sector a sustainable and helpful to each and every one and a humanitarian level of privilege, we aim and standing out to find funds and support this sector by establishing different beneficial projects and programs that will help anyone seeking health services in various ways, technology and innovation in health being the main road map, health workforce and more there potential programs as a result of research
EDUCATION
With understanding that the nation consists of many youth in a large population, and the youth fall under education institutes, we therefore sight on making sure the education given to these youths is potential and helpful, given under good environment, suiting both teachers and students, we still hold on educational challenges for years since independence to date, lack of enough teachers still exists, lack of enough teaching equipment’s including text books, environment effect for girls in schools during their sessions and more other challenges, our foundation aims high at solving these challenges to the extent we can, using science and technology as a major tool to our participation in solving various challenges in the education sector
EDUTAINMENT
Education through entertainment, we are more concerned with using entertainment to provide education in all aspects, entertainment through music, entertainment through movies or series, entertainment through advertisements, entertainment through articles and journals, entertainment through sports and games, entertainment in different aspects with the aim to simplify society communication on health especially diseases and more other potential campaigns to the society, the power entertainment caries to the society is top notch and we understand if used well it can lead into revolutionizing the way to communicate to the society, Starehe song from Ferooz and Professor Jay was the song which received a lot of awards and was used to send information to the society about HIV/AIDS to the extent of making President Benjamin Mkapa by then to recognize the efforts and importance of the song and award the song writers, therefore edutainment keeps our area of focus, with different programs under that, we believe to make progress and suit the society effectively under edutainment
EMPOWERMENT
Our major groups in the society need to be empowered in various ways, women, girls and youth in general, need empowerment, to create a better society for each and every one, when it comes to women empowerment, there is still a lot of women violence in the society and we stand firm to fight against women violence and we have been doing this through developing legal systems that can help promote justice to women, gender equality is our role and our Chairman has proved that through his service to Mikumi constituency where he supported various women groups to have ability to rise their voices, employ themselves and have freedom to various matters, with empowerment we tend to help these groups with working capital, sustainable projects, skills and establish more other collaborative programs, women, girls and youth stand as our priority
